Macbook Random Shutdown

My complaint deals with the purchase of a MacBook computer at an official Apple Store on the date of June 8th. The problem started almost two months later, at the end of July, when the computer started randomly shutting off by itself for no apparent reason. I documented the problem on video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZZLWEon58M) in case, for some reason, the problem was not detected at the store; unfortunately, this was the case. On the Apple discussion forum (http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=218), I discovered that there were many users with the same problem, even after the problem was repaired once (and more than once, in some cases).

Of lately, I am about to get my computer back from the lab where they were looking at it; however, nothing was done because they couldnâ??t find anything wrong with it and explained verbatim that “it’s common, because new machines have to settle down.” Even after he saw the video, I couldnâ??t believe the man really thought this ridicules problem could be solved by working itself out. To make matters worse, it seems that Apple doesnâ??t know who to contact in regards to this problem. I was directed to AppleCare from the official Apple Store I bought it from just to be told that the problem had to be dealt with at the store. To makes matters worse, the store now argues that the problem was fixed, and I should be patient while the computer works itself out, again! Finally, I got some action when they told me I could contact the lab where they had looked at it but the lab couldnâ??t find my information on record! Currently, I am waiting to find out where my computer is because the lab is 100 km from the store.
