		<description>Although it sounds really nice and I&#039;d really like to believe it, the spelling and grammar is way off and I too cannot find any post like it anywhere (including the link provided).  I&#039;m skeptical (although I&#039;m feeling fairly skepical about any RSD fix at the moment).  So Sick of Shutdowns!!!</description>

		<description>Sounds logical to me. Explains it all pretty well I think. Takes a couple of months to burn through insulation then can be in almost permanent contact when cold or only when expands enough to contact. Problem solved I hope.</description>
