Although it sounds really nice and I’d really like to believe it, the spelling and grammar is way off and I too cannot find any post like it anywhere (including the link provided). I’m skeptical (although I’m feeling fairly skepical about any RSD fix at the moment). So Sick of Shutdowns!!!

Sounds logical to me. Explains it all pretty well I think. Takes a couple of months to burn through insulation then can be in almost permanent contact when cold or only when expands enough to contact. Problem solved I hope.

I’ve searched and searched and can’t find the above article — on Apple Insider or anywhere else. In fact, there is not mention whatsoever of RSS anywhere on the Apple Insider website. Perhaps the posting was credited to the wrong source?
