I can´t believe it!!!
Hey, that´s all? People all over the world are waiting for a brief statement and THAT´s ALL? I think it would have been better not to release this stupid article. What do they think have we done in the last month or two? Apple Care does not even know what´s going on and how to even spell “random sudden shut down”. Apple, it sucks!!!

poor poor Apple!
if this is there only answer to a crucial problem….
at least they’ll get the benefit from calling there service lines since the most of us have had their macbook for more than 90 days
