Macbook Random Shutdown

Bought my Black MacBook in June (UK) -experienced frequent and random blackouts. Apple Service centre in Hull tested it for a week and pronounced there was no problem with the Hardware. On return – guess what – more blackouts.Since placing it and power supply adaptor on grill to increase air circulation and downloading Tiger upgrade the problem is 95% better. Main problem now is when I turn on from Sleep and it goes. Usually have to restart and/or press power for few seconds. No problem now on Internet. Had blackout once on MacWord Have just downloaded the ‘Firmware Patch’ and the fan is now running much better. So here’s hoping.
