Macbook Random Shutdown

Hi from germany!
My Macbookk had the shutdown-problem. It started slowly and after a few day it was almost impossible to start the book.
Because I needed it so badly I have tried following:
settings – hardware – energy saving – unmark “if possible activate sleep modus disk” (sorry I do not know the exact english translation – in german it is “Wenn möglich Ruhezustand der Festplatte aktivieren”).
Guess what… My Mac is running free of shutdowns since 4 days!!!
To repeat the shutdowns I marked it again, but…no shutdowns anymore.
I am writing this because I really had bad shutdowns since 2 weeks. I will let you know if it is still running the next days.
Please try it and give feedback.
I know this sounds too simple but it until now it works here.
