well folks, it has been a week since my macbook went back to Apple.

Spoke to them today, and they say the parts are out of stock - and they dont expect them any time soon!

I have emailed the PR people with a formal complaint - and i have just sent an email to the Times of London about it!

They really should make this a full recalll…………….

    See - something like this really angers me. I have now been waiting for my MacBook to be repaired since 28 Aug - nothings is happening. Apple’s priority should be that people who bought the product have a product that works. Stop production and switch to making spare parts if that’s what it takes - or replace faulty MacBooks with new ones. They like us and our money until we hand it over - afterward they couldn’t care less about us.

    Apple really dont care, but this is since the intel chip has arrived in Appleland… if your in the UK - see my post about the law, and your legal right for a replacement!

    I’ve already spoken to one of the Apple suits. Nothing but robotronic pre-packaged customer response talk from them.

    They have now lost this customer. I will be as vocal as I can on making sure every last person knows not to buy Apple until they’re service goes back to where it used to be.
