You will not notice a visible difference in the way the computer looks but you will feel it. It is like a whole new computer for me and is no longer painful in any way. I should have done this months ago. Thanks to the person who suggested it on here. If you are scared to do the 400 sandpaper suggestion on her get a 600 sandpaper and go very slowly and carefully on a 45 degree angle on the edge. My husband thinks that I am crazy. I went back to the apple store and mentioned this and they acted like they had never heard about this. My wrist are killing me. I love my mac but am not sure it is worth the pain. I did notice that they fixed this problem on the mac book pros. I dont feel I should have to pay $800 more to not have my wrist in severe pain.
