I feel bad for the people who have to go without their Macbook for weeks while it’s in repairs…..
It’s not your fault that you happened to buy your Macbook during a time at which they were being made defective.
Why don’t you all just do what i did and go into the store and demand a new one and for your harddrive to be transferred?
It really makes the whole process a lot better. I’ve had my new Macbook for over 2 weeks now with no shutdown…..

Um, Lisarose, obviously some people havent thought of this or aren’t doing it because the majority of the posts on here and on message boards about RSD are filled with posts of people’s order status from the Apple Technical Support website. And the rest of the posts are about people complaining about how they’ve been without their Macbook for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc. So you should really shut your mouth because you aren’t very smart.

I went in and I had mine completely replaced after alot of confrontation. The random shutdowns were bugging me so I complained and I said that I could not afford to go to school for even one day without my laptop. They were hesitant, but in the end raplaced it the same day i called.
