A fix for some
After having been dealing with RSD’s for about 5 months, I seem to have gotten some resolution. I brought my MacBook in to the local Apple store (Bridgeport mall in OR) and they replaced the heatsink in house, and I was able to pick it up about 14 hours later. I have run the usual tests that would cause it to freak out and it’s holding things together. This is after sending it in and getting back from Apple with a note saying they could not reproduce the issue. So there is hope for people suffering from this particular set of circumstances (faulty heatsink temp sensor). Best of all, the genius in question took it, reproduced the error, and promised to get it fixed in a day in less time than it took for me to talk to him. Thanks Josh, you rock! If you are lucky enough to have someone of this calibur at your nearby Apple store, get thee to the store and start being able to enjoy your Book again.

Talked to APPLECare who wants me visit the Genius again. This is frustating. NO MORE APPLE’s for ME. Thats It!
