		<description>I&#039;m sorry I can&#039;t remember where I read this, but I did read a post from another user about taking legal action.  He said that Apple did infact refund his money after threatening with a lawsuit.</description>

The local dealer installed this RAM. I do not know if it is third party or not.
They told me that that they changed the RAM each time it was in repair, also three times bad RAM?
I never had 10.3 running on that machine, started with 10.4.7.

		<description>By off chance, was any of your ram from a third party?  I had ram that worked fine under 10.3, but once I upgraded to 10.4 I would get kernel panics within a few minutes use.  swapped out that ram for ram marked for use in apples, and I&#039;ve not had a kernel panic since.</description>
