Apple upgrades MacBook with Core 2 Duo

It appears the full line of Macbooks will have the new Core 2 Duo after a recent announcement from Apple - question is will they retain our beloved friend “RSS” or has it been completely addressed and fixed?

Matthew, No one posted it here, but that article by Bob Keefe ended up running in a bunch of newspapers last Monday. I wonder if with the new upgrade (and I assume permanent fix to RSS,) has this site has more or less served it’s purpose for the time it was needed. I imagine most people who are going to have RSS probably have by now, and Apple has been fairly open, despite delays, to getting the issues resolved. Can Macbookrandomshutdown carry on?
