If I sub "Apple" for "Dell" does it make a statement like yours carry more weight? Fan boys are so dishonest which make honest people shun Macs. And it was capped at $300. The 10% restocking fee Apple charged me to return mine after 20 days I wrote-off as a rental fee. I just hope they solve all the issues with the Core 2 MBP soon because while it was a wonderfully designed machine, it did need some serious work, construction and support wise.
