Macbook Random Shutdown

Saw this in our registry, wanted to share it with everyone for any thoughts..

“MacBook Pro Froze and crashed on 2/2/07. We have been on the phone with Apple off and on since 2/2/07. Today we were on the phone with them for over two hours trying to understand why the screen froze and would not work any more. WE did mention to them that directly below the “on” button on the bottom of the note.Presently it is on a hard surface, but is still hotbook” it was very hot, as hot as an iron”. All techs said they never heard of this except the last one that said the computer should be on a hard surface after which he hung up on us ”
