My MacBook was a Waste of Money

Dont get me wrong – its a good machine in theory, but not when it is shipped to you with problems out of the gate. So far, I have had three repairs and now due for the forth (major repairs). I’m fed up with waiting for appled to fix my machine ever 2 months (like my G3 800 iBook and its forever breaking logic board. Marlene Sasso (800-263-3394 X 48069) of Apple Customer Service has had me jump through hoops when I demanded replacement only to eventually admit that all they could do was another warranty repair.

I dont think so! This is an expensive machine – I didnt pay for a refurbished piece of rubbish. I want the new machine I initially payed for, thank you very much!

At this point, I dont think I will be buying another apple product ever again.

    Well… I guess I will postpone buying a mac and rather take like toshiba or something… I am pretty sure that apple will (have to) fix those probz, but… not while I am having one… Thank you all for this great site!!! Will keep watching and… come back in like a year or something… when MacBook2 is released…
